1. Agreement to Terms

Seal & Cool provides waterproofing, cool roof coating, and building protection services in Chennai. All quoted prices are estimates until confirmed in a written agreement or invoice following site inspection.

4. Payment, Cancellation & Refunds

Payment terms will be specified in the service quotation or invoice. An advance payment may be required to commence work. The balance is typically due on completion or as defined in the invoice.

• Advance payments are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• If you cancel within a short notice window prior to scheduled work, you may be liable for a cancellation fee to cover costs already incurred.
• Refunds (if any) will be processed per the terms in your quotation/invoice and may be subject to deductions for work done or materials purchased.

5. Warranties & Limitation of Liability

We stand by the quality of our work. Specific warranties for waterproofing or coating services, if applicable, will be provided in writing. However, except where required by law, our liability is limited:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses (including loss of profit).
• We are not responsible for pre-existing structural defects or damage caused by extreme weather events beyond normal conditions.
• Any warranty claims must be made in writing and will be assessed following inspection.

6. Force Majeure

We will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or other force majeure events. Where possible, we will notify you of delays and propose revised timelines.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Seal & Cool harmless from any claims, liabilities, losses or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of services, or inaccurate information provided by you.
